Mortgage interest rates continue to hover just below 6.00% for conforming loans up to $417,000.00 and around 6.25% for jumbo mortgages. The consumer should seriously consider taking advantage of purchasing their mountain home while rates are in their favor.
I would like to share with you a quote from a customer of mine. “If angels could take vacations, this would be at the top of their list of places to visit.”
We are in the southern most mountainous area to the deep south. The temperatures continue to climb down south while we are enjoying 70 degree highs.
Folks continue to discover that this is truly the Mayberry of the mountains. (Very little crime and a relaxed atmosphere.)
